Melt for our Caramel with Fleur de Sel from Guérande.

Ingredients: caster sugar, CREAM 35% fat, glucose syrup, water, BUTTER 82% fat, invert sugar, fleur de sel from Guérande (0.23%), SOYA lecithin.
